In August 2009, Siemens concluded negotiations with Metro Trains Melbourne to continue managing the maintenance of the Siemens trains. We are confident that, together with MTM and the Victorian Government, improved measures will be implemented on the system to manage low adhesion conditions in the Melbourne network.
