Sustainability is a sign of responsibility toward the economy, society and the environment. Efficient power generation and use are among the most effective levers in all areas of life. For Siemens, energy efficiency is one of the important topics at this year's Hannover Messe trade show (April 20 - 24), presented on the basis of examples from the fields of wind energy and intelligent power grids as well as energy-efficient drive systems, which lower energy costs by as much as 70 percent in industrial production processes.
