Career-minded young professionals with college degrees are eligible for our
Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) an entry-level program tailored to the needs of young managers. Over the course of two years, participants pass through three phases that introduce them to various career paths at Siemens. They can then go into technical sales, marketing, development, manufacturing or human resources, depending on their interests and the availability of positions. They will also always subsequently be assigned for eight-months to one of our locations abroad.
Innovation drives our success. At Siemens, 32,300 researchers and developers register 37 inventions and file 23 patent applications every day. Our innovations help us answer the most important questions of our time. How can we control production to affordably satisfy individual customer requirements? How do we meet the world’s growing demand for energy without destroying the environment? How can we detect diseases before there is an outbreak? Would you like to work on these and other problems? If so, then give us a call. Curious people with initiative and talent can always find excellent career opportunities with us.
