TOPAZ is Siemens' internationally oriented, company-wide sponsorship program for particularly dedicated and qualified interns and co-op students. On completing their assignments, the best students may receive a recommendation from their Siemens supervisors for enrollment in the program. We lay the foundation with TOPAZ. "Technology needs women!" With its mentoring program for women who have a strong interest in technology, Siemens advises students throughout their studies in science and technology from the very beginning. YOLANTE offers program participants a wide range of opportunities, from personal mentoring (with male and female mentors) to arranging internships and co-op student positions, as well as selective expertise building and networking and even practical experience in a variety of professional fields.

The Siemens Masters Program is aimed at Masters students in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and computer science. We invite these students to get to know our company before finishing their Masters studies and to make strong contacts. The primary focus of our program is on practical experience and networking. Basic financial assistance gives program members the time and flexibility to do this.

With its Post Graduate Program, Siemens works together with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to support highly qualified graduates and aspiring scientists from selected top universities in China, India and Russia. Every year, up to 15 grant recipients gain the opportunity to conduct research on Siemens-relevant topics in international projects in Germany and to acquire a doctorate from a German university.
