Siemens’ CT Somatom Definition, is the first dual source CT worldwide with two x-ray tubes inside. It will provide clearer, more detailed images, lead to a wider ranger of clinical applications, and ultimately produce a higher quality of patient care.
The image shows the external layer of a patient. Clothing can be seen on subject, skin is visible on the other.
In only 17s the scan range of 148cm was acquired and an aortic stenosis could be ruled out.
