Siemens Industry Automation has added Power Management to the range of functions of its Simatic PCS 7 control system and Simatic WinCC visualization system for the production and process industry. The power management add-ons, called Simatic PCS 7 powerrate and Simatic WinCC powerrate, provide a uniform power management solution for all branches of industry.
