2. Any use of the picture and sound material must be authorized in advance by Siemens AG.

3. Permission for use must be obtained in writing from Siemens AG, quoting the production, customer, probable date of transmission, duration of use and area of use.

4. Authorization will in principle only be given for a one-time use in the production described. Separate permission must be obtained for the material to be used in other productions.

5. The user undertakes not to use the picture and sound material to the detriment of Siemens AG.

6. The picture and sound material belonging to Siemens AG must be used exclusively for editorial TV purposes and must not be passed to third parties.

7. The film material is made available on loan and must be returned within 4 weeks. Otherwise a fee of €100 per Beta cassette will be payable.
