The materiality portfolio outlines the management priorities we have adopted for the coming years. It therefore represents the basis for the Siemens CR Program and the goals of that program. We define and implement the CR management focal points and their associated projects in our own CR controlling model.
We analyze and evaluate our stakeholders’ expectations determined in dialogues and interaction, and then add them to the portfolio on the basis of this weighting. In evaluating the impact of these issues on our business, we consider their risks as well as the opportunities they present.
Our annually audited and augmented CR materiality portfolio presents the action areas in which projects are developed and carried out. We also include goals for implementation and performance with their relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
